Introduction:
It is perhaps not surprising that, on average, countries with higher internet penetration have higher percentages of female enrollment in higher education. After all, countries that have promoted and supported access to the internet tend to be more stable and are more likely to value higher education and work towards make higher education, female attainment of higher education remains disproportionately low in substantial parts of the world.
